EMBODIMENT CLASS
Come Home to Your Body
From performing to fully alive.
A three-hour evening class
with Lisa LaCroix & Jessi Ayers
Wednesday, November 11th | 7 to 10pm | Location Oakland
Cost: $50
WHY
Embodiment Class
You've gotten very good at performing. How to get through life without fully feeling alive in your body.
At work. In your relationships. You’ve leared to be productive, responsible, reliable, and to keep moving even through you’re exhausted. Maybe this mentality even translates into the bedroom. Holding it together, anticipating what everyone needs, staying in control because control has kept you safe.
And somewhere under all that competence, a part of you is saying: this can't be all there is.
It isn't.

WE LEARNED THAT BEING IN CONTROL WAS SAFER THAN BEING IN OUR BODIES
The cost showed up in specific ways:
Pleasure that feels far away.
A body that goes numb when it should come alive.
Desires we can't quite name.
Boundaries we only notice after they've been crossed.
None of that means something is wrong with you. It means you adapted.
And what was adapted can be reclaimed.
WHAT THIS IS
This class is an evening to come back...
To feel your breath move all the way down.
To let sound and movement come from impulse instead of expectation.
To sit with other women who are doing the same thing, and be seen there.
EMBODIMENT CLASS
Come Home to Your Body
On Wednesday, November 11, Jessi Ayers and Lisa LaCroix are leading an evening class for women who are ready to stop performing and start feeling.
We'll use breath, movement, sound, and honest sharing to drop out of the head and back into the body, and then we'll get curious about what
your body actually wants. Not what you've been told to want.
What you want, and how to say it clearly.
Jessi Ayers made her own pleasure her research project after years of living like an engineer (she literally was one). Lisa has spent 40 years in embodiment, performance, and conscious communication. Together they will hold a circle where softness, desire, and truth are all welcome.
No experience needed. Come as you are.
This Class Is for You If
You're tired of performing, and you're not sure
what's underneath
Pleasure, sensuality, or feeling fully alive
has started to feel distant
You know what everyone else wants, but you're
fuzzy on what you want.
You long for a circle of women where softness and truth are both welcome.
You're curious about your sensual and erotic nature as life force, something that belongs to you, not something to earn

Lisa LaCroix
Lisa is a Communication and Intimacy Muse with more than 40 years in consciousness studies, embodied performance, film and TV acting, embodiment, polarity, and conscious communication.
Her work is in service of one thing: love, connection, and intimacy with yourself, your body, your partners, and life itself.
Jessi Ayers
Jessi guides women and couples out of performance, overthinking, and disconnection and back into their bodies. She helps women feel more deeply, get clear on what they actually want, and create more pleasure, intimacy, and aliveness in their relationships and their lives.
Her path began as a PhD in engineering: driven, in control, and disconnected from her own sexuality. Through tantra, meditation, and self-pleasure, she learned to listen to her body, trust her desires, and surrender to pleasure. Now, she helps others do the same.

What We'll Explore
Arriving in the body. Breath and guided movement to move attention out of the head and into sensation.
Impulse over performance. Practices that let your body lead: sound, movement, and feeling, without needing to look or sound a certain way.
Knowing what you want. Your desires and your boundaries live in your body before they live in words. We'll slow down enough to hear them.
Saying it out loud. Simple, practical tools for expressing what's true for you, clearly and without apology, so your wants and your limits become easy to communicate.
The circle itself. Honest sharing with women who are listening. There's a specific kind of medicine in being witnessed.
